Another, important area of emphasis is the firm's experience in mediation (ADR or "Alternative Dispute Resolution"). Mr. Steinberg is a Certified Mediator and has worked to privately and efficiently reconcile conflicts between business entities, between family members or parties involved in contract, partnership or real estate disputes.

Mr. Steinberg has served as Vice President and General Counsel to both public and private companies. As a result, the firm has the experience to assist in a variety of special projects, such as acting as temporary or part-time General Counsel to manage legal affairs or to support management in developing strategic or operating insights to maximize value for owners, investors, and management teams. The firm is available to work on premises, make regular visits, or work in a virtual environment.

In meeting our client needs we employ very flexible as well as creative fee arrangements including hourly rates, or a retainer program, a fixed fee for a particular project, or a combination of arrangements.
